Endure pain is a skill. Defy pain is a stance I believe which has a somewhat similar effect.

IMO, endure = squeezing a bit more out of life, Sig = living longer

lmao @ one of the funniest threads ever.... please use observer mode... count how many times you have seen heal sig opposed to endure pain. should be about a 200:1 ratio.

This has already been discussed. The reason is that most top builds that run balanced generally play these toolbox builds, which need as much flexibility as possible. Heal sig is great for flexibility, making splits and soloing more possible. However, depending on the team build it may not be needed, where endure will come in handy. However, most guilds that I've seen don't really need their warriors to run endure, since they generally know how to deal with spikes, so they just run another useful skill.

Also, in terms of W/E's in PvP, is there a reason that I see them being used as mainly "shock" warriors? In watching quite a few matches, I don't recall seeing them using too many other Ele skills; I understand (I THINK) that the casting time is a big drawback, especially if you're in a melee; I'm just wondering if there were any other combos that would be viable for a W/E in PvP..
|
Well, occassionally, when i'm feeling intrepid, I use conjurations on my W/E, dealing significant damage. In PVP situation, I use water hexes, primarily, Tienai's Prison to slow down a kiter while I beat them down. Often, since I use an IDS, i also often add conjure frost for that good bit of extra damage. As for shock, it requires no attributes since the purpose of it is not to do damage but to knock down/interrupt.
I hope that helped?
